Brad Shreve, President

Brad has over 20 years of experience in finance, business management and business ownership. For the past 9 years, Brad has owned and operated DamageDoctors (formerly Mitchell Cleaning) of Delaware County. Brad has surrounded himself with a group of quality professionals who understand the importance of quality done right. Brad’s leadership fosters an environment where doing what is right for the customer is job 1.

The growth of the company over time is a natural bi-product of that mindset. Certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), which is an independent, non-profit certification body to set and promote high standards and ethics for restoration contractors, Brad goes to extensive measures to ensure that he and his staff are up to date and current in the fire and water restoration industry. The IICRC certification requires continuing education to maintain certification.

Brad holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Ball State University and he and his family have been lifelong residents of Muncie, IN. Brad takes immense pride in serving his community and all of East Central Indiana.

Aaron Carter, Director of Operations

Aaron is DamageDoctors’ Director of Operations, Lead Estimator and all around “conductor” who orchestrates the multitude of activities required in the restoration industry. Shortly after joining Brad in 2006, Aaron played a vital role in helping forge a direction and a plan for DamageDoctors, its mission, and its commitment to providing excellent service to the surrounding community.

Aaron’s friendly smile and personality are simply the exterior demeanor for his proven project management capabilities and keen eye for detail. A lot of DamageDoctors' success and positive reputation through “word of mouth” can be attributed to Aaron’s professionalism, skilled experience and calm assuredness that helps people in their most frantic and desperate time of need. Aaron knows that the first step is listening to the customer and addressing their concerns immediately.

Aaron and his wife have a beautiful baby girl with number two on the way.

O. Rob Childs, Director of Business Development

Rob, a native of Muncie, joined DamageDoctors in 2009 as Director of Business Development. Prior to that, Rob had been a client of DamageDoctors as they had saved his family’s home from extensive water damage in 2008. As this damage and all damages occur unexpectedly and with various consequences, Rob learned first hand and all too well the fearful questions a homeowner asks when damage happens: “What do I do next?”, “Who should I call first?”, “Why did this happen to me?” "What can possibly be done?"

Rob also felt the overwhelming sigh of relief when help came from a trusted friend calmly saying, “It’s going to be okay.” Brad was that trusted friend, and DamageDoctors is that trusted company. From this personal experience comes a passion and sincere conviction that Rob applies to his 20 years of experience in marketing and sales to share the DamageDoctors story to every homeowner who, “heaven forbid”, may encounter damage with his or her own home.

Rob holds a B.S. degree in Sport Administration and business from Ball State University; he and his family of four live in Fishers, IN.
