She was crushed.

A flood had just done serious, extensive water damage to her home. But it wasn't the carpet damage or the drywall deterioration that upset her. Those things, after all, could be fixed.

No, it was a dusty box of old pictures her grandfather had left her. Dozens and dozens of photos from the 1950s – documents of his life with her grandmother and his time in the Korean War.

The photos were irreplaceable. And now, she thought, they were permanently ruined. That's when she called us, the Damage Doctors.

We immediately took her pictures to our facilities, where our photo restoration artist spent hours cleaning, digitizing and repairing each one. After reprocessing the images at our photo lab, we presented the client with a brand new set of photos that were as good as the originals – and in some cases, even better.
